AN ORDINANCE establishing the positions of' Building tv~anager-Secretary
and Leader-Specialist in the Parks and Recreation Department, fixing the com-
pensation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREI~ERTO~ DOES ORDAINS:
Section 1. There is hereby established in th~ Parks and Recreation
D~partment of the city of Bremerton, the position of Building ~[anager-Secr~-
tary and L~ader-Specialist, the duties of which positions shall be as pre-
scribed by the mirector of the ~arks and Recreation D~partm~nt.
S~ction 2. Th~ Building ~..[anager-Secretary, beginning September 1,
1~47, shall r~ceive as full compensation for his or her servic6s during the
balance of the calendar y6ar, the s~n of ~00.00 per month and the Leader-
Specialist shall receive as I~ul! compensation for his or her s~rvices during
th~ balance of the calendar year the s~ of ~16.00 per month.
S~ction ~. This ordinance is n~cessary for the preservation of
th~ public health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton and shall take
~ffect i~ediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the city council, signed by the ~:[ayor and
attested by the City Clerl~ in auth~ntication of such passage this Z7th
day of August, 1~47.
