AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of the alley in Blocks $ and 8, Phillips Addition to Bremerton,
lying between Burwell Street and Gregory Way, extending from High Avenue to State
Avenue, by clearing, grading and surfacing with concrete pavement fourteen feet
wide and six inches thick.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of the
alley in Blocks 5 and 8, Phillips Addition to Bremerton, lying between Burwell
Street and Gregory Way, extending from High Avenue to State Avenue, by clearing,
grading and surfacing with concrete pavement fourteen feet wide and six inches
thick, together with the doing of all other work in connection therewith as may 1
necessary to make such improvement a complete job, be and the same are hereby
adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 9th
day of July, 1947.
