AN ORDINANCE approving and adoptin~ the maps, plans and. specifica-
tions for the improvement of Rainier Avenue between ~[inth Street and Ele-
venth Street by clearing, grubbing, grading for and cons tr~ction of g~ ft.
concrete sid6walks, concrete curbs and gutters.

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the im-
provement of Rainier Avenue between Ninth Street ~d Eleventh Street by
clearing, grubbing, grading for and construction of 5 ft. concrete side-
walks, concrete curbs and gutters.
Section ~. Thls ordinance shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately following its passage and pUblication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~iayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 20th day of Jzme, 1947.
