AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Rodgers Street.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previously i'i!ed with the city
council a petition requesting that a portion of Rodgers Street more
particularly described as follows: to-wit:
That portion of Rodgers Street between the east
margin of ~,~ontgomery Avenue and the east line of
Section 15, Township 24, North, Range 1, E.W.~.'i.,
Kitsap Cottnty, Washington,
be vacated and that by appropriate resolution this is the time and place
designated for hearing said petition and that notice of said hearing has
been given in the manner provided by law.
Section 2. That the portion of Rodgers Street hereinabove des-
cribed be and the same is hereby declared vacated.
APPROVED on i'irst reading this 19th day of March, 1947.
PASSED upon second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage, this 26th may of ~,Iarch, 1947.
