AX 0RDIN~dWCE amending Use and Area Maps of 0rdinm~ce I~o. 1553 and
declaring an emerge~_cy:
THE CITY OF BR~IERT0~i DOES 0RDAiIW:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution 1Qo. 17 of the City Planning
Commission, the Use and Area Maps of 0rdin~nce 1~o. 1553 shall be amended in
conformity with Section 14 thereof, as follows:
Lot 3 and East half of Lot 2, Block ~, Union High School Addition
to Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
shall he re-zoned as a Connuer~i~l-1 Zone.
Section 2. ~m emergency exists,, and this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of
Bremerton, and for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall take
effect inn~ediately following passage and publication.
PASSED A~ND APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of tt~ City of
Bremerton and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk, in authentication
of such passage, this 22nd day of January, 1947.
