A~ 0HDII~A~CE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553, and declar-
ing an emergency.

Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution ~o. 16 of the City Planning
Commission, the Use and Zrea Maps of 0rdiname ~o. 1553 shall be a~nded in
conformity with Section 14 thereof, as foll~s:
All ~operty fronting on Fifth Street in the City of Bremerton lying
east of the present Oo~aercial G-1 Zone and west of the alley which
r~s north and south and lying west of ',~Yashington Avenue,
shall be re-zoned as a Go~ercial-1 Zone.
Section 2. T~t pursuant to Resolution No. 17 of the City Planning
Co~ission, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be ~ended in
conformity with Section 14 thereof, as follows:
All of the ~'ollowing described real property comprising the Four

Section 3. Ttmt an emerg~cy exists, and this ordinance is necessary for
the i~ediate preservation of public peace, health a~ safety in the City of
Bremerton, and for the pu~e of general welfare, a~ the s~ae ~all take
effect i~maediately foll~ving passage and publication.
PASSED and ~pproved unanimously by the City Council of the City of
remerton, signed ~y the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of
