S~ction 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. ~7 of the Plam~ing Co~mnission
of th~ City of Br~m~rton, the Use and Area ~,~aps of 0rdinanc~ No. 179~ b~ and
they are hereby ~a~nd~d in conformit'y with Chapter 1, Titl~ 4, thereof as
follows:
That Lots S8, ~9 and $0, Block 6, First Addition to Charleston,
Kitsap Co~ty, Washington, be and the s~e are r6zoned from Residential
1 District to Business District.
Section Z. An em~r~:ency exists, ~c] this orJinance is necessary for the
i~aediate preservation of public peace, health an~ sa:ety in the City of Brem-
~rton, and for th~purpos~ of E eneral welfare, ~ the s~e shall take ~ff~ct
i~diately following passage and aublication.
