An Ordinance vacating a portion of State Highway No. 21.
T~[E CITY OF BREIv~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previously filed with the City Cotmcil a
petition requesting that a portion of State Highway No. 21, more particularly
described as follows: to-wit:
SectiOn 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.~. Kitsap Cowry,
State or Washington, more particularly described as follows: Be-
ginning at a point which is 177~.0~ feet North and 6~.~9 feet East
of the Southwest corner ol~ said Section lS, said point being on
the North right-of-way line of State l~ighway No. B1 and ~he 5rue
point of begi~ing; t~~y~.~J~9~..la ~,~Q ~ no~t on

ated for hearing said petition and that notice of said hearing has been given

Section 2. That the p~mtion of SEate ffighway No. 21 hereinabove desc~bed
be and the s~ae is hereby dsclared vacated.
