A~ ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of
Nipsic Avenue oetween E. 13th ~treet and E. 16th Street b~f construction
of a sanitary sewer.
THE CiTY 0F BREI~ERTON ~]{,]S OROAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
En~sineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk i'or the improveme~t of
Nipsic Avenue between E. 13th Stre:~:t ~d E. t6th Street
by construction of a sanitary sewer, together with the doin~ of all other work
in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a com-
plete job, be and the s ~e is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This orainance shall Oe in full i'orce and effect i~m~ediately
followinS its passage ~d publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co,tit of -the City of Bremerton, s i6ned by tl~e laayor,
and attested b~/ the City Clerk in authentication of such passase, ti~is 25th
day of August, 1~48.
