Pennsylvania Avenue between llth Street and 13th Street
Chester Avenue between 13th Street and iSth Street (West side only)
by clearing, grubbin6, grading ror and construction of 5 ft. concrete side-
walks, concrete curbs and gutters and providing for draina6e.

Section 1. That tile maps~ plans and~}eoifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on rile in e~e of rice of~e City Clerk rot the improvement of
Pennsylvania Avenue between llth Street and 13th Street
Chester Avenue between i3th Street and !Sth Street (West side only}
~y clearing, grubbing, gradin6 for and construction of 5 ft. concrete side-
wal~?,, concrete curbs and gutters and providing6 for mrainage, together with
the doing of all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make
such improvement a complete job, be and the s ~e is hereby aOopted.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full rorce and effect i~uediate-
ly following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
lv~ayor, ~d attested by tire City Cl~rk in authentication of smch passage,
