by clearing, grubbing, grading for ~d construction oY 5 Yr. concrete side-
walks, concrete curbs and gutters and providing for dra~.nage.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ~ES OI~DAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans ~d specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on i'i!e in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of
UNIT I - Ohio Avenue from Thirteenth ~t. to North end
UNIT II - Seventeenth Street between Ohio Ave. an~i High ~ve.
by clearing, gmubbing, grading z'or ~d construction of 5 ft. concrete side-
walks, concrete curbs and gutters ~d providing rot drainage, t ogetherwith
the doing of all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make
such improvement a complete job, be ~d the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in fuil force ~d effect i~tediately
following its passage and publication, ~as pro'vided~:by[:law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of B~emerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City C~emk in authentication of such passage,
