AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553
and declaring an emergency:
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 25 of the City Planning
Cozmmission, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be amended
in conformity with Section 14 thereof, as follows:
Lots 5,8,7 and the South half of Lot 8, Block 4, Original
Plat of Bremerton~
shall be re-zoned from a R-2 to a Commercial Zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City
of Bremerton, and for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall
take effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk, in authen-
tication of such pasaage, this 21st day of July, 1948.
