AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of:
Unit i - Callow Avenue between Ninth Street and Fifteenth Street;
Unit ll - Montgomery Avenue between Ninth Street and Fifteenth Street;
Unit lll- Olympic Avenue between Burwell Street and Sixth Street;
by clearing, grubbing, grading for and construction of 5 ft. concrete sidewalks,
G0 ncrete curbs and gutters and providing for drainage.
THE CIi~ OF BREMERTON DOES 0~DAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer~ now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of:
Unit i - Callow Avenue between Ninth Street and Fifteenth Street
Unit ll - Montgomery Avenue between Ninth Street and Fifteenth Street
Unit lll- Olympic Avenue between Ninth Street and Fifteenth Street
by clearing, grubbing, grading for and construction of 5 ft. concrete sidewalks,
concrete curbs and gutters and providing for drainage.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full Force and effect immediately
fol~lowing its pass~ge and put, ica?ion, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council'of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
day of July, 1948.
