An ordinance declaring the need for the condemnation of certain real
property in the City of Bremerton for street purposes, directing condem-
nation of said property an~ayment of just compensation therefor. THE CITY OF BR~ERTON DOES ORDAIN
Section 1. That the following real property situated in Kitsap Cotmty,
State of Washington, to-wit:
The South 20 feet of the East i acre of the West
3 acres of the South half o£ the Northwest quar-
ter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range
i East, W.M., situated in Kitsap County, Wash-
ington, and
The South 20 feet of the East 2 acres of the
South Half of the No~chwest quarter ot' the
Northwest quarter of mhe Southeast quarter
of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., situated in Kitsap County, Wash-
ington
is required by the city of Bremerton for street purposes and that it is nec-
essary that said property be acquired by condemnation and that just compen-
sation be determined in such proceedings to be paid to the owners thereof.
Section 2. That the City Attorney ana the City of Bremerton is hereby
au~xorized and directed to proceed immediately with the condemnation of said
real property in the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Kitsap
County.
APPROVED on first reading by the City Council this 9th day of June, 1948.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 16th day of June, 1948.
