An ordinance relating to sick leave for city employees ~Ct worl.~aen's compen-
sation received by city employees while on sick leave.
T~FE CITY OF Btll~,~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Any employee of the City of Bremerton who is injured in the corn
of his emplo}m~ent -and as a result of such injury is absent from sucl~ employment
who receives worlmuen's compensation from the State of ~'ashington as provided by
State Law, shall be entitled to sick leave with pay in accordance with applicabl{
ordinances o-f tt~e City of Bremerton, provided~ however, that the m~lount
pensation received by such employee from the state for loss of time shall be de-
ducted f~om 'the wages or salary of such employee for the period durinij which sucl'
employee collects both workmen's compensation and wages or salary.
