An ordinance fixing the compensation of part-time leaders in the Recreation
Department, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BR~,'~ERTOi? DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, part-
time leaders in the Park and i~ecreation Department shall receive as full compen-
sation for their services a sram not less than 90 cents per hour, nora more than
~. per hour.
Section 2. Ail ordin~ces and parts of ordin~ces in conflict l~erewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. An emergency exists affecting the public health, safety and wel-
fare, and this ordinance si~all be effective i~edia'tely upon passage ~d public-
ation.
PASSED ~animously by tt~e City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
28th day of ~pril, 1948.
