ployed by the City of Bremer~ton and providing exceptions.
THE CITY OF BREI.:IERTON DOES ORDAIN
Section 1. Ail persons employed by or appointed to regular positions
by the City of Bremerton, except pump operators, watcb~nen and other employ-
ees in the Water Department who are required by the nature of their employ-
ment to reside at or near pumping stations or reservoirs, and employees of
the Sanitation Department who are required by the nature of their employment
to reside at or near any sm~itary fill maintained by th~ City without it's
territorial limits, irrespective of the date of such employment or appoint-
ment, shall, after 'the effective date of this ordinance, be residents with-
in the territorial limits of said city.
Section 2o This ordinance shall be effective on and after September
1, 1948.
