AI~ ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553, and declar-
ing an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~[ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~hat pursuant to Resolution No. 19 of the City Planning Commis-
sion, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be amended in conformity
~[ th Section 14 thereof, as follows:
Lore 21,22, 23, ~ and 25, Block 6, Plat of the Town of Breme.rton, Kitsap
County, Washington,
shall be re-zoned as a Comercfal One (C 1) Zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the city of Bremerton,
and for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall take effect immedL~ate-
ly following passage and publication.
PASSED and APPROVED unanimously by -the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the Mayor, and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage, uhis 31st day of March, 1948.
