AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley in Block 12, Decatur.
TttE CITY OF BRE~:IERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previously file~ with the City Council
a petition requesting that the alley in Block 12, Decatur, adjacent to and
abutting Lots 1, 2, 3, ~ and 12, be vacated; and that by appropriate resol-
ution, this is the time and place designated for hearing said petition and
that notice of said hearing has beell given in the manner provided by law.
Section 2. That the alley in Block 12, Decatur, hereinabove described
be and the ss~ne is hereby declared vacated and the City Clerk is authorized
to certify a copy of this ordinance to be correct and file the same for re-
cording by the Auditor of Kitsap County, State of Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 2nd day of November, 1949.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the ~,'tayor and attested by the City Ulerk in authentication of such
passage this 9th day of November, 1949.
