AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton, levying manicipal taxes against
all of the taxable property within the City Limits oi' the City of Bremerton
for the year 1949 and approving the asssssment roll made by the assessor of
Kitsap County therefore, to he collected in the year 1950.
THE CITY OF BREI~,~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a tax of the total valuation of the taxable property
of the City of Bremerton, assessed in the sum of 6195,226.00, said tax bei~g
in the amounts as follows, be and the same is hereby levied against all of
the taxable property located within the corporate limits of the City of Brem-
erton for municipal purposes for the year 1~49, to be collected in the year
1950, the ss~ae to be carried on the tax rolls and col!coted by the Treasurer
of Kitsap County:

Section 2o That the assessment roll as made by the County Assessor of
Kitsap County, Washington and reviewed by the County Commissioners of said
,Count~, assessing property values as a basis for taxes fsr the year 1949 to
ce collected in the year 1950, in which said roll the taxable property in the
City of Bremerton is assessed in the sum of ~13,015,09V°00 be and the said
assessment roll is hereby approved as the assessment roll .for .the levying of
municipal taxes for the City of Bremerton.
Section 3° This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
fOllowing passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 7th day of October, 1949°
