AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley in Block 24, Plat oI' Charleston.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previously filed with the City Council a
petition requesting that the alley in Block 24, Plat of Charleston, between
Summit Avenue and Lafayette Avenue, and lying just north of Porter Street, be
vacated; and that by appropriate resolution, this is The time and place desig-
nated for hearing said petition anG that notice of said hearing has been given
in the manner provided by law.
Section ~'~ That the portion o£ the alley in Block 24, Plat of Charge ston
hereinabove described be and the same is hereby declared vacated and the City
Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this ordinance to be correct and file
the same for recording by the Auditor o2' Kitsap County, State of Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 10th day of August 1949.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council oz' the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication o5' such
passage this 17th day of August, 1949.
