ZONING Ort. DINANCE
AN ORDINANCE amending Title 11, Chapter 11 of Ordinance No. 1792 by
adding Section 312.1 for granting special permits for the erection or pri-
vate garages on irregular shaped lots~ and declaring an emergency.

Section t. That Title !1~ Chapter 11~ of Or{nance No. 1798 be ~nended
by adding the following section
Section SlS.1 GARAGES--SPECIAL PERMITS.
In special cases where the irregularity in the shape or lots and the
location of existing dwellings make compliance with the provisions
of the Zoning Ordinance for private garages impossible, a special
permit may be issued rot a private garage to be located as far as
practicable from the front, side or rear yard, (as dete~amined by the
Building Inspector or official in charge or 9issuing building per,:its
and inspection or buildings) such permit to be limited to the life
of the structure or structures for which the permit is issued.
