AN ORDINANCE declaring the nee~ for ~he condemnation of certain real pro-
perty in Kitsap County, State of W~shington, i'or a site for a sewage treatment
plant, directing condemnation of certain property and payment of just compen-
sation therei'or anm declaring an emergency,
THE CITY OF BREL'iERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to direction of the Pollution Commission o~' the State
of Washincton, the City of Bremerton has ham prepared plans anm specil'ications
l'or a sewage disposa± plant to be situated on real property in Kitsap County,
. Washington, more particularly hereinafter described. In order to con-
struct sai~l disposal plant it is necessary for the City to acquire the fee
simple title in and to the following lands in Kits~p County, State of Washing-
ton:
PARCELS 1~2~3~3A and 3B
Lots twenty-one (21) to thirty-eight (38) inclusive, Block Sixteen
(16); Lots one (1) to twenty-two (2fi) inclusive, lots twenty-four
(24) to thirty-four (34) inclusive, and lots thirty-~ix (36) to
forty (40) inclusive, Block seventeen (17); Plat oi' Navy Yard City,
Kitsap County, Washington.

Section .2. The 0ity Attorney is hereby aut~orized and directed to pro-
cee~l i~m~lediately wit~'~ the conmemna'tion of said real property in t~-~e Superior
Court o~~ the State of ~.~ast~ington for Kitsap Co~ty.
Section 3. An emer~enc'y exists affecting the public peace, saZ'ety
health and tt~is ordinance ~hall take effect i~eciiately i'ol!owing passage
and publication.
