THE CITY OF BRE},!ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, pls~s an~ specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the oi'fice or the City Clerk ro~ tt~e improvement o£
Eleventh Street between Olympic Avenue anm Rainier Avenue by clearing, grub-
bing, grading ro~/anm construction of b ft. concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs
an~ gutters and provioins rot drainage, toge'ther with the ooin& or all o'hher
work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a
complete job, be anm she same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in tull i'orce ariel effect irmmediately
following its passage and publication, as provimed by law.
PASSED by the City Cou~cil of the City of Bremerton, signed by the }.~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication or such passage, this llth
