AN 0H~NANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 and
declaring an emergency:
The City of Bremerton does ordain:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 28 of the Planning
Commission of uhe City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of 0rd-
inmce No. 1792 be and they are hereby amended in conformity with
Chapter l, Title 4, thereof as follows:
That certain real property North of 15th Street for
a distance of 77 feet and between Callow Avenue and
Wycoff(Avenu~be and the same is rezoned from Resident-
ial "l" zone to Business Zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, ana this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in
the City of Bremerton, and for the purpose of general welfare, and the
same shall take effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk, in authen-
tication of such pass.age this 5th day of January, 1949.
