AN ORDINANCE providing for the abandonment o~' all unexpended funds appro.
priated in the 1950 budget, except certain designated funds, and providing
that certain designated funds shall be carried forward and remain in full for.
and effect and be held availa01e for the purpose of such budgetary appropria-
tion, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BI~E~fERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That all s~s provided in the budget for the year 1~50, whic~
remain ~expended on January 20, l~51, shall be abandoned on Janury ~0, 1951,
except the following, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall b~
held available during the year l~51, ~less hereafter speciI'ically a0andoned

Fire Department:

Section 2. Than an emergency exists and that this ordinance is necess-
ary i'or the preservation o~' public peace, health and saz'ety oi' CAe citizens
of the City oi' Bremerton, and that this ordinance shall be effective i~uediat~
ly upon passage and publication.
