for the levying and assessing of ~he costs arid expenses t~ereof against
the parcels and lots of land between the te~lni and within the boundaries
of said improvemen~ ~istrict; providing for ~he coil. action thereof; creat-
ing and establishing a special fund N~ereof, and fixing the date for
issuance of bonds in pavement Vhereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY ~.Et~ CiTY C0k~CIL 0F TIlE CITY 0P BRE};J~RTON AS POLLOWS:
Section 1. i'hat the assessment roll rep Local Improvement District
Ne. 8Q4, providing fop the improvement er Perry Avenue from E. 13th to
16th s~reet by clearing, grabbing for 6~ild constr~dotion of 8 foot
sidewatMs~ concrete curbs and gutters together with the doing o~' any and
all other woPi[ ill connection thePe,.ith as l'~ay be necessary to ~llaKe such
improvement a complete joe, ail in accordance w115h the plans and specifi-
cations on rile in the office or the City Clerk and as provided oy ~d de-
scribed in 0mdinance },~n.,~. 1895, be and the s~e is hereby approved and con-
firmed.
Section 2. 'Shat each paroei and lot of land or part ~[lePeor, as stkown
in said assess~flent roll, is specially benefited by said improvements, and
that thereby and hereby is assessed against each parcel and lot of land and
part thereof and other proper~y contained in said improvement district as
show~ in said Potl~ incl~lding ti-lC property b~ onging to the dty or }3rem-
ePton~ the respective ~ounts in said roil set against each parcel or lot
of a~d/or pert thereof~ ~d other~ property ~t'ween the ter}~iRi of said im-
provement abutting upon~ adjacent or proximate to said street, and such
amounts so assessed ape hereby declared to be first lien against each par-
cel or lot or land or part thereof against which the same is assessed
said roll.
Section S. That fop the purpose of this said improvement there
hereby created and established a special fund to be known and called
"Local Improvement P~ld, District No. 844". Bonds~ canting interest at
shall be issued in serial n~bers from one to 51~ both inciusive~ or as
many as may be necessary to provide for the uncollected portion or said
special assessment due or owing for the uncollected portion in said dis-
trict on the date hePeinarber fixed, the s~e to be in denominations of
One H~dred ~llars eaoh~ except the i'J. Ps~ w~ich shall be for such frae-
tional part or One !ttmdred Dollars as may be remaininS due and unpaid en
said date~ payable from said "Local Improvement Fund, District No. 244".
Section 4. That the 6th day or February, 1951, be and the s~ae is
hereby fixed for the d ate or the issuance ~d sale or the bonds to be is-
sued on account of said improvement.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days f~ and aft'St its passage and publication as provided by
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Acting ~,;~ayor ~d attested
by the City Clerk in authentication or such passage this 80th day of Dec-
ember,
