AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement or Summit Avenue from First Street to a point 208 feet
South of' the cenSe~line of Coontz Street; the Alley in Block 4, Charleston
Navy View Addition, from Coontz Street South 15~ feet and %~est 100 feet to
Hartford Avenue; the ~lley in Block 2, Charleston Navy View Addition l'rom
First Street to Coontz Street; ~lartrord Avenue from Coontz Street to a point
g40 feet North or the centerline of Coontz Street; Coontz Street from Hart-
ford Avenue to Lafayette Avenue; Yantic Avenue from Rodgers Stree~ to a
point 290 feet North of the centerline or Rodgers S~reet; Rodgers Street l'rom
Yantic Avenue to Hartford Avenue East; and the alley in Block 8, Charleston
Navy View Addition irom the centerline of Rodgers Street North 290 feet by
the construction of sanitary sewers and providing for the drainage.

$ec~ion 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared 0y the City
Engineer, now on fi±e in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of
Summit Avenue from First Street ~o a point 208 rest South of the centerlmne
of Coontz S~reet; the Alley in Blocx ~, Charleston Navy View.~Addition, from
Coontz Street South 154 feet and ~est 180 feet to Hartford Avenue; the alley
in Block ~, Charleston Navy View Addition, from First Street ~o Coontz Street;
Hartford Avenue i'rom Coontz Street to a point SR0 Keet North of the csnter£ine
or Coontz Street; Coontz Street z'rom Hartford Avenue to Lafayette Avenue; Yan-
tic Avenue from Hodgers Street to a point ~90 feet North of the centerline o%~
Rodgers Street; Rodgers Street from Yantic Avenue to Hart~'rd Avenue East; and
the alley in Block 8, Charleston Navy View Addition, from the centerline
Rodgers Street North 2~0 feet by t~e construction ol' sanitary s ewers and pro-
viding for drainage, together with the dolng or ali. other work in connection
therewith as may Os necessary to maXe such improvement a compiets job, ~e and
the same are aereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in tull force and effect immediately
following its passage and pu0iication as provided by law.
