AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans anC specirications
for the improvement of Harkins Street from Winfield to Pitt and Pitt Avenue
from E llth to 210 feet North of the centerline of E llth Street by clearing,
grubbing, grading for anm construction of concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared Oy the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of She City Clerk for the improvement of
Harkins Street from Winfield to Pitt and Pitt Avenue from E llth to 210 feet
North of the centerline of E llth Street by clearing, grubbing, g~ading for
and construction of concrete curbs and gutters, ~ogether with the doing of
all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to ma~e such im-
provement a complete job, be anm the same are hereby adopted.
Section ~. That this ordinance shall be in full force ,and effect im-
mediately following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~'~ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this llth
day of October, leS0.
