AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 1886 providing z*or the creation
and establishment cZ* a special fund to be known as the "North Perry Avenue
Water District Reserve Fund."
.THE CITY OF BRE~,~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o Whereas, heretofore, 0y a certain contract in writing made
the 30th day of November, 1~49, by and between the City of Bremerton and
North Perry Avenue Water Dlscrict, a municipal corportation, it was agreed
that there would be a special I'un~ establishe~ with the City Treasurer of
the City of Bremer~on, Washington, anm thereaI'ter on the 31st day of May,
1950 0rminance No. 1~86 was passed by the City Council oZ' 'due City of Brem-
erton creating and establishing said special i'und known as "North terry Ave-
nue Water District Reserve Fund", and
Whereas, oy said agreement anm ordinance ~here was provision made for
disposition of said fun~s in the event of any other agree ment between the
City of Bremerton anm the North Perry Avenue Water District and such other
agreement nas now been made, there is no further need or use f'or said fund
known as "North Ferry Avenue Water District Reserve Fund" and that 'the funds
have been disbursed tnerefrom.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1886 is hereby repealed.
