AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps oi' Ordinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~,iERTON t30ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 34 or the City Planning
Commission the use and area maps or Ordinance No. 1792 shall Oe amended
in conformity with Section ll05 thereoI' as follows: The following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the ne th half of ti~e
northwest quarter of the northwest quarter oi' the southeast
quarter oi' section 15, township 24 north, range 1 east, W.~.;
thence west 135 feet to the true point of oeginnlng; thence
north 187 feet, more or less, to the south line oi' the west-
erly prolongation of Eleventh Street extended, as shown on
plat of Capitol Hill Addition, according to plat thereof re-
corded in volume 5 or Plats, page 22, records of Kitsap Coun-
ty, Washington; thence west along the south line extended
l?b feet; thence south 187 feet, more or less, to the South
boundary ilne of said north half of the northwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter oi' said sec-
tion; thence east 1VO feet to the point or beginning,
be rezoned z'rom Residential 1 to Business,
Lot 22, Block 1, Nels Nelson's Addition to Bremerton, Kitsap
County, Washington;
be rezoned from Residential II to Business.
Section ~. An emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation or the public peace, property, health and safe-
ty of the people of Bremerton anm this ordinance shall be in full rorce
and effect t'ollowing its passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY Oy the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pas-
sage this 13th day oZ' September, 1~50.
