AN ORDINANCE'approving and adopting the maps, plans anm specii'ications
for the improvement oL Ferry Avenue from E. 13th Street to E. 16th Street
by clearing, gruobing, gra~ing for and construction oZ' 5 ft. concrete sime-
walks and concrete curbs and gutters.
T~ CITY OF BREMERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared oy the
City ~iugineer, now on I'i±e in the oLfice of the City Cler~ I'or t~e improve-
ment of Ferry ~venue from E. loth Street to E. 18th Street oy clearing,
gru~ing, gra~ing for and construction of 5 ft. concrete sidewalks and con-
crete curbs an~ gutters, together with the doing oL al& other wor~ in con-
nection therewith as may oe necessary to ma~e such improvement a complete
job, be ann the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately following its passage and pu011cation, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication oz' such passage,
this 16th day of August, 1950.
