, AN ORDINANCE amending Section 12 oi' Ordinance No. 200 entitled, "An
0r~inance providing for the licensing of carnivals, circuses, shows, con-
cessions, games and other public amusements within the City of Bremerton",
repealing Section 13 oi' Ordinance No. 200, an~ repealing Ordinance No. 134,
and providing penalties.
THE CITY OF BRENIERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 12 of 0rminance No. 200 be aha the same here-
by is amendem to read as follows:
Section 12. Any person who shall violate any oi' the
provisions of this ordinance shall ~e deemed guilty
oi' a misdemeanor anm upon conviction thereef shall
fined in any sum not exceeding $300.00 or by imprison-
ment in the City jail for a periom o:' not exceeding 90
days, or by botlh such fine and imprisonment,
Section 2. That Section 13 os' 0rminance no. 200 be anm the same here-
by is repealed.
Section 3. That 0rminance No. 134 is hereby repealed.
APPROVED on first reaming this 9th may oS' August, 1950,
PASSED on final reaming by the City Council oX' tae City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 16th day oI' August, 1~50.
