AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley lying East of Lots 31, 32 and 33, and
bounded on the East by Lot 34; and also the alley lying East of Lot
34 and bounded on the East by Lots 35, 36 and 37~ all in t~e Plat of
Wischhoefer Addition.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previously filed with the City
Council a petition requesting that the alley lying East of Lots 31,
32 and 33, and bounded on the East by Lot ~,4; and also the alley ly-
ing East of Lot 34 and bounded on the East by Lots 35, 36 and 37,
all in the Plat of Wischhoefer Addition, be vacated, and that a re-
solution favoring such vacation was adopted by the City Council of
Bremerton on the 3rd day of May, 1950, and setting the 24th day of
May, 1950, as the date upon which said petition would be heard and
that notice of said hearing has been posted and given in the manner
p~ovided by law.
Section 2. That the alley lying East of Lots 31, 32 and 33,
and bounded on the East by Lot 34, and also the alley lying East
of Lot S4 anG bounded on the East by Lots 35, ~6 and 37, all in the
Plat of Wischhoefer Addition be, and the same hereby is declared
vacated and the City Clerk is directed and authorized to certify a
copy of this ordinance to be a true and correct copy and file~me
for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 24th day of May, 1950.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the ]¥~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 31st day of May, 1950.
