AN ORDINANCE amenmlng Ordinance No. 1778, as amended 'by Ordinance No.
1805, said ordinances reoul~tzno and licensing tke business ot' selling, in-
stalling, altering, repairing anm servicing of oil burners ~m oil-burning
equipment.
THE CITY OF BREI~,:~ERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 4 oi' Orminance No. 1778 aa ~ended by Orminance
No. 1805 be and the s~e hereby is g~ended to rea~ as follows:
Section 4. No oil burner mechanic's license shall be issued mAtil the
applicant files with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton a surety bond in
tho s~ of ~500.00, conmitioned that eke licensee will abime by all the pro-
visions of this ordinance and all other laws or ordinances relating to the
'nstallation alteration reR ir and e vicin oi' oil burners and oil-burning=
any ordinance oI~ the City of Bremerton, relating to such device or equipment
~d shall reI'use or neglect to change the installation 5o conI'orm with said
ordinance ai'ter notice to do so, the Fire Chief, with the approval of the Cit~
Co~lcil, may order such installation corrected by a competen5 mecn~ic and the
reasonable cost of such service shall be a charge against the licensse's bond.
Section 2. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1778 is hereby repealed.
