AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1792 of the City of Bremerton, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bremerton", by adding thereto a new sec-
tion S24 (a), and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~'LERTON ~0ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 17~2 passed by the City Council on the 28th
day of July, 1~48, be and the s~e is hereby amended by adding thereto a
new section to '~ designated as Section ~24(a) aha to rea~. as follows:
Section ~24(a). That no fences carrying an electrical charge anm com-
monly known as electrical fences shall be permitted within the City limits
or the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. An emergency exists which affects the public peace, health
and safety or the Ci'Sy of 8remerton and this ordinance shall become effectiv
i~nediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the N[ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass-
