AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1669 of the City of Bremerton
by adding thereto a new section to be designated Section 8 (a).
THE CITY OF BRE~,~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1669 passed by the City Coun-
cil on the 24th day of April, 1946, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto a new section to be designated as Sec-
tion 8 (a) and to read as follows:
Section 8 (a). Following the April billing for services
rendered to persons, firms or corporations owning premises
connected with the Manette Sewer System, they shall not be
required to pay the sum of ~1.50 per month for the privi-
lege of maintaining a connection thereto for the purposes
of paying into the Manette Sewer Utilities Fund and no fur-
ther charges shall be made to the property owners for the
purposes of the Manette Sewer Utilities Fund established by
Ordinance No. 1669.
APPROVED on first reading this 22nd day of March, 1950, by
the City Council of the City of Bremerton.
PASSED on final reading the 29th day of ~arch, 1950 by the
City Cozmcil of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage.
