AN ORDINANCE vacating an alley adjacent to Lots 5, 6, V and 8, Block
1, ~[anette Improvement and Development Company,s First Addition to Decatur.
THE CITY OF BREICERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previously filed with the City Council
a petition requesting t[~at the alley adjacent to and abutting on Lots 5, 6,
7 and 8 of Block 1, Manette Improvement and Development Company,s First
Addition to Decatur be vacated and that a resolution favoring such vacation
was a~opted by the City Counci± of Bremerton on the 14th say of December,
1949, and setting the 4th day of January, 1950, as the date upon which said
petition would be heard anm 'that notice of saim hearing has been posted and
given in the manner provided by law.
Section 2. That the alley abutting on and adjacent to Lots 5, 6, 7
and 8, Block 1, ~,,ianette Improvement and Development Company,s First Addition
to Decatur be, and ~he ssmue hereby is declared vacated and -the City Clerk is
directed and authorized 'to certify a copy of this ordinance to be a true and
correct copy and file the same for recorming with 'the Auditor of Kitsap Coun-
ty, Washington.
APPROVED on first reaming this 4th day of January, 1950.
PASSED on seconm reaming by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this llth day of January, 1950.
