THE CITY OF iTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o That ! o~' 0rminance No. V48 be, anm the same here-
by is amended to read as
"Section 1o Beggars E The following persons are hereby de-
cisred to be vagrants: Any person }ractices phrenology, hypnotism,
mesmerism, fortune telling, palmistry: lairvoyance, character rea~ing
or analysis, or who claims or pretenms t oretell future events by as-
trology, or who aslcs or receives any compen {on, gratuity or reward
for such practice°"
APPROVED on first reaming this ~8th day of Dec ~r, 1949.
