AN ORDINANCE relating to buildings and/or structures within the
City of Brcmerton and adding a new section to Ordinance No. 1418
as Section $701-2.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
That Section $701 of Ordinance No. 1418 be and hereby
is amended by adding thereto a new section as Section 3701-2
as follows:
The Van-Packer chimney manufactured by the Van-Packer
Corporation, bearing the label of the Underwriters' Laboratories,
Inc., and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specification:
may be installed and erected as an approved substitute chimney and used
within the City of Bremerton.
APPROVED on first reading this 8th day of August, 1951.
PASSED by the City Council on second reading ~he 18th day
of August, 1951 signed by Che Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage.
