AN ORDINANCE dedicating a portion of Ivy Green Cemetery
as a public street and to ~ a part of Fifteenth Street in
the City of Bremerton, Washington.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~Zhat the following described property, being
a portion of Ivy Green Cemetery, to-wit:
The South 10 feet of the North 30
feet, of the NEb of the SW~ of the~.~NW~ of Sec-
tion 14, Township 24 North, Range
I East, W.N., Kitsap County, Wash-
ington
is hereby dedicated as a part and portion of Fifteenth Street
and shall hereafter be a part of said Fifteenth Street and a
public way in the City of Bremerton, Washington, for the pur-
poses of public travel thereon and is hereby dedicated to the
use of the public as such street.
APPROVED on first reading this ~Sth day of July, 1~51.
PASSED on second reading this 1st day of August, 1951,
signed by the Nayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage.
