AN ORDINANCE fixing the rate of interest on all general
City Warrants issued by the City of Bremerton and repealing
Ordinance No. 1595 and all other ordinances and parts of Ord-
inances in conflict herewith.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That all general City Warrants issued by the
City oF Bremerton against any of the funds of the City shall
bear interest at the rate of three per centum (5%) per annum
from the date of presentment of such warrant for payment at
the office of the City Treasurer, and his endorsement of such
presentation thereon, until such warrant is regul~rly called
by notice, or otherwise paid or certified, as provided by law.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 159~ and all other ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repeal-
ed.
APPROVED on first reading July 5, 1951.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council, signed by
the ~Iayor and attested by the City Clerk the 18th day of July,
19§l, in authentication of such passage.
