AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area ]¥Iaps oi' Ordinance 1792, and
declaring an emergency:
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 37, of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area ~",~aps of Ord-
inance 1792, be and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter
1 Title 4, of said Ordinance 1792, as follows:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 1, Township 24 N.,R 1 E.W.M.,
0ounded as follows:~ Beginning at the Northeast corner
os' Tract 20 of Sylvan Park, as recorded in Vol. 6 of
plats, page 45, records of Kitsap County, Washington;
thence North 88°5V'58'' W. a distance of 1054.20 feet;
thence South 1°48'33" West, 839.97 feet; thence South
88o58'06" East, 125 feet; thence South 1°48'33'' West,

Section 2. That an emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety of the
citizens o~' the City of Bremerton and rot the-purposes of general weli'are,
and the Same shall ta~e effect immediately i'ollowing Massage and pu01ica-
tion.
