AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Naps oi' Ordinance No.
1792 and declaring an emergency:
THE CITY OF BRE~,~tERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 55 oI' the Plan-
ning Commission oi' the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area lViaps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be and they are hereby amended in conI'ormity with
Chapter l, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That portion oi~ Government Lot V, Section 11, '~'ownsnip 24
N R i E, containing approximately three acres, otherwise
described as all o~' Lot 7, except that portion thereof plat-
ted as Bay View' Garden Tracts, according to Vol. 5 of Plats,
Page 19, records o~' Kitsap County, said property being loc-
ated at the end o~' Naval Avenue in the City of Bremerton
is rezoned from Resdiential "l" to Residential "2".
Section 2. That an emergency exists and this ordinance is nec-
essary i'or the immediate preservation of public peace, health and
safety in the City of Bremerton, and z'or the purpose oI' general wel-
fare, and 'the same shall baXe eI'fect immediately i'ollowing passage
and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED ~manimously by the City Council oi' the City
of Bremerton and signed by the l¥iayor and Attested by the Clerk, in
