A~ ORDINANCE prohibiting the display, sale, giit,' pur-

.....purchase or possess any knii'e having a blade which is or
can be concealed~n its handle and ejected therefrom either

manually or· oy mech~ical or spring device and commonly
known as a msnap blade\knii~e. This ordinance shall not ap-
ply to fixed 0lade kniv~\s having 0lades which pivot on or
fold into their respectiv~,~ handles and can be o~ened only
\
manually. \

Section 2. The violation~I', or i'ailure to comply with
any of the provisions oS' ~his ordnance shall subject the of-
fender to a fine of not to exceed ~ree Hundred Dollars
($300.00), or imprisonment in the Cit~ Jail for a term not
\
to exceed ninety (90) days, or to both~uch fine and imprison-

ment.
