AN ORDINANCE approving and adoptlng~ the maps, plans and' speciI'ications
for the improvement oi' Taft Avenue from a point 13 feet north oz' the south
margin of 20th Street to a point 433 feet north of said south margin of 20th
Street by t e oonstruction oI' sanitary sewers, such ~ewer not incl~ding
basement drainage.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ~ES O~DAIN:
Section 1. ~hat the maps, plans and specifications p~epamed b~ the
City Engineer, now on Y'ile in the office o~' the City Clerk I'or the improve-
ment of Taft Avenue from a point ~3 feet north oi' the south margin of ~Oth
Street to a point 433 feet north oI' said south m~rgin of ~Oth Street by the
construction of sanitary sewers, such sewer not including basement drainage~
together width the doing of all other wor~ in connection therewith as may
necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, be and the s~ is hereby
adopted.
Section 2. That this ordinanc~ shall b~ in full force and effect im-
mediately i'oltow'[ng its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~cil oI' the City of Bremerton, signed by th~
Mayor ~d attested by th~~ Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
