AN 0RDIN~[ CE relating to the pension and retirement
system or' the City oz' Bremerton and amending subsection
(b) ct' section 14 oI~ 0rminance No. 1572.
THE CITY OF BREME~TON LXDES ORDAIN:
Section 1. '~'hat subsection (b) of Section 1~ o~' Ord-
inance No. 1572 ce and hereby is amended to read as i'ollows:
, bi Section 14 (b) If the retirement allowance of the
[ member as provided in this section, exclusive o~~ any annuity
purchased by his acctunulated additional contributions, is in
excess o~~ two thirds oI' his I'inal salary, the pension oi' the
~' member, purc~ased by the contributions of the City shall be
reduced to such an s~nount as shall ma~e ~he member's retire-
ment allowance, exclusive oi' any annuity purchased by his
additional contri0utions, equal to two thirds cz' his final
salary, and in no event more than ;~150.00, and the actuarial
equivalent oz' such reduction shall remain in the retirement
l'und to the credit o~' the city.
