THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans e~d specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on z'ile in theoz'fice of the City Clerk for the improvement of
Lafayette Avenue from Fi. fsi Street to a point 230 i'eet North of the center-
line of Coontz Street 'by the construction oz' sanitary sewers, together with
t~e doing o~' all other wor~ in co~ection therewith as may be necessary to
maEe such improvement a complete job~ be ~d the s~e is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately l'ollowing its passage and pu01ication, as provided by law.
