That tho Assessment roll fop Local ImpPovem. ent No. ~S0 providing for the improvement of East 17th Street from Ironsides Avenue to Prenton Avenue, ironsides Avenue from East 16th Street to East 17t Street, Vandalia Avenue from East 10th Street to East 17t~ Street by the clearing, grubbing, grading for and the construction of five {S) foot concre sidewalks a n, i concrete curbs and gutters together witk the doing o~' any and all other work in connection therewith as may benecessary to make such improvements a complete job, all in accordance with the plans and specifica- tions on file in the office of ~he 0ity Clerk ~d as provided by and describ in Ordinance No. le88 be and ~he s~e is hereby approved and confirmed. Section ~. '~'hat each parcel ~nd lot of land or part thereof, as shown in said assessment roll, is specially benefited by s aid improvements, and that there be and heFeby is assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other property contained in said improvement district as s shown in said roll., including the property ~lonsing to ~he City of 3remerto and the respective ~ounts in said roll set against eac~ parcel or lot and o part thereof, and other property '~tween the termini of said improvement abu tin~ upon~ adjacent or proximate to said streev, and such amo~s sc. assesse are hereby declared t{ ~e first lien a2ainst each parcel or lo~5 of la, nd part thereof against which the same is assessed in said roll. Section ~. ~'ha~t for the purpose or this improvement h~ere is hereby created and established a sp~cial fund to be known and called "Local Improve. ment Fund District No. SSO".
