AN OHDINA?!CE relating to admission tax and amending Section
8 of Ordinance No. 1521.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1521 be, and
hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 8. Any person conducting or operating any
place for entrance to which an adraission charge is
made shall, on a form prescribed by the Treasurer,
make application to and procure from the Treasurer
a certificate of registration, the fee for which
shall be One Dollar (~1.00), and which certificate
shall be perm~ent as long as the business or place
remains ~der the s~e ownership. Such certificate
of registration or ~uplicate original copy thereof
which shall be issued by the Treasurer without charge,
shall b e posted in a conspicuous place in each ticket
or ~x office where tickets of a~ission are sold.
APPR0~D on first reading the 23 day of October, 1952, by the
City Council of the City of Bremerton.
PASS~ on second reading the 30 day of October, 1952, by the
City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~iayor and at-
tested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage.
